How we handle demo enquiries.

This notice describes information submitted using the public demo enquiry form. For the app's confidential case and client data, a separate contractual data-protection agreement and security review are required before production legal use.

Information collected

When you request a demo, we store your name, business email, firm or organisation name, enquiry text, selected plan interest, and the referring practice when a referral link was used. We also record the date and enquiry follow-up status.

Purpose

We use these details to respond to your request, demonstrate the product and manage the resulting business enquiry. We do not use the enquiry to publish sensitive case information.

Access and retention

Demo enquiries are available only to platform administrators. Information is retained for follow-up and can be requested for correction or removal; retention periods and broader policies should be reviewed by counsel before full commercial launch.
